After nearly two years of settling into the house, remodeling the basement, and transforming it into my personal command and control center… I’m finally making moves to get back on the air. The biggest holdup? I’ve been dreading drilling holes in the exterior walls to run coax. It’s been the one thing keeping me from flipping the switch and going live. But I finally found a workaround I can live with—a pre-built window pass-thru kit that supports 5 coax connections and a ground. No drilling, no regrets. It arrives this Saturday, and once it's in, I’ll finally get the radio(s) connected! For now, I’ll be keeping it local with a 2-meter setup, but it feels good to take that next step toward full reactivation. Stay tuned (literally), and I’ll see you on the airwaves soon. Jeremy N0CSP
