My passion for ham radio grew over the years, leading me to upgrade to the General class during Field Day in June 2019. The transition from KK4FPK to NØCSP marked a new chapter in my ham radio adventure. My request for a vanity call sign was approved on 1 August 2020, reflecting my new home and aspirations in Colorado. NØCSP not only signifies my commitment to the ham radio community but also my attachment to the stunning surroundings of Colorado Springs.

I am currently in the process of building my ham shack at my new location. Nestled at an elevation of 6,919 feet, my station offers unique opportunities for long-distance communication, taking advantage of the elevated terrain. The setup is a labor of love, aiming to create a space that supports both my technical pursuits and my desire to connect with fellow ham radio enthusiasts across the globe.
Looking Forward:
As NØCSP, I look forward to exploring the vast spectrum of ham radio, from digital modes to satellite communications, and participating in emergency communications efforts. My station is not just a personal retreat but a gateway to the world, bridging distances and fostering connections one frequency at a time.
